Carrie Culp and Trevor Daley founded Urban Oasis LLC after collaborating for many years at The Highridge Corporation. EFW Home was created around the idea that homeowners want to make some home improvement investments for their own enjoyment, but seek a longer-term value in their homes as well. Our goal is to help our clients understand sustainable building alternatives including positive impacts to a project when sustainable solutions are incorporated, such as the potential for rebates (in some areas of Seattle) or cost benefits to our clients. Urban Oasis provides strong space planning and design combined with durable materials and good, righteous construction that allows homeowners to specify the scope of their project, the choice of materials, and the method of construction. Under the name Urban Oasis they have designed and constructed countless outdoor rooms, gardens and a variety of spaces for you to enjoy. Urban Oasis aims at creating an outdoor that mirror the aesthetic tastes of their homeowner We pay close attention to our clients, we read the style of their home and the feel of their rooms, and we show lots of pictures from our portfolio to get a real sense of our client’s style. The first step we take into designing is the functionality of space as it is and how a better use of design can improve the layout and flow of our project area. We will often show multiple concepts at the initial design meeting in many cases. So, alongside our clients, we can establish the best layout based on what the clients want to use the space for and the ideas from the initial conceptual plans are consolidated into a single design. After establishing the functional design of the spaces, we scrutinize the materials and details that will complement the existing components in the yard including, by no means least, the house. Aesthetics, along with durability and cost, will all be influenced by material selections. Beforeward, these explorations assist in customizing each space's appearance and ambiance to the owner's ideal requirements and justifying the overall outlay in advance.
