Bellevue Composite Deck Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC is excited to showcase the Bellevue Composite Deck, a beautiful outdoor renovation that took the client's outdoor space in Bellevue to the next level. We continue to deliver on our promise of high-quality craftsmanship and innovative design that meet the needs of our clients in the greater Seattle area, including Ballard, Bothell, and Mercer Island. The highlight of the was the large composite deck constructed using premium, eco-friendly materials that would be durable and require low maintenance. The rich, warm color of the composite deck boards matched beautifully with the surrounding landscape, creating an inviting space for family and entertaining guests. The materials selected by our team not only supported the aesthetic characteristics of the , but would endure the climate in the Pacific Northwest. A challenge we faced was the steep grade of the yard, which, of course, required a thorough understanding of the constraints in order to appropriately connect the existing landscape to a new deck. Our team found creative solutions by constructing a multilevel design that alleviated the change in slope while adding some character to the outdoor space. Built-in seating was added along with integrated planters to showcase lush, green foliage and vibrant flowers to sustain the connection to the environment. The surrounding landscape was enhanced with native plants and low-maintenance shrubs that established an interest in the local ecosystem through the diverse growing conditions that the climate would support. A significant amount of attention was given to the lighting design, which was placed strategically to set a warm atmosphere to support evening gatherings, ultimately allowing the clients to enjoy their outdoor space well into the evening. Overall, the work supported a beautiful outdoor sanctuary that contributed to a lifestyle transformation for the clients, enhancing their ability to relax and cherish time spent with friends and family while being more connected to nature.
