We used an extensive selection of quality materials including natural stone walking areas, locally sourced timber for raised garden beds and a stunning slate patio that blends effortlessly with the landscape. At the heart of the yard sits a beautiful pond adorned with a waterfall, providing both a lovely view and an attractive environment for surrounding wildlife, creating a miniature ecosystem. We chose a variety of native plants that survive the Alaskan climate for 4-season beauty. Each plant was selected and sited specifically for maximum visual impact with the least maintenance needed, from tough, perennial perennials to beautiful annuals. It is the manner we use materials and plants that illustrates our sustainability and environmental stewardship. The final result? The remarkable outdoor retreat that made a home of TJ.
