About This Project

Bromfield 2 KDTurner Design is proud to unveil the Bromfield 2 landscaping , a stunning transformation that illustrates our commitment to quality and creativity. Set in the beautiful Boxford landscape, this is an example of our experience creating outdoor spaces that interact well and connect to their surroundings. The design of the Bromfield 2 is comprehensive and incorporates a combination of various different features to display the property's natural beauty. Notable features include the blue stone patio that we constructed from local bluestone, which is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Sitting around the patio are a set of custom-built raised garden beds with a variety of perennials and herbs providing year-round interest and sustainable outdoor space. One of the major challenges we encountered was that the property had varied topography. The KDT team implemented a tiered garden design to resolve this so the garden visually interesting and manageable as well as improved drainage. For a high-quality, eco-friendly look and feel, we used natural granite boulders for the retaining walls and permeable pavers for the walkways as a sustainable landscaping material. To further enhance the experience, we installed LED landscape lighting throughout the design to accentuate key features while increasing safety and usability in the evenings. The final outcome is a balance of the functional and aesthetic in this outdoor space, providing the clients an oasis from the world where they can enjoy their outdoor living space all year round. The clients were thrilled and expressed how seamlessly their outdoor living space was connected to the surrounding nature. It was a proud moment for KDTurner Design and reinforces our commitment to excellence and our passion for taking the outdoor experience to a whole new level of breathtaking personal sanctuary.
