Preview: North Main Residence KDTurner Design is excited to announce the North Main Residence, a high-end landscape showcasing the beauty and livability of outdoor spaces. Located in the beautiful Newbury area, the is a great example of KDTurner Design's commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and distinctiveness for our clients throughout the Boxford to Weston area. North Main Residence brought together a thoughtful selection of native plantings and clean modern hardscaping, creating a comfortable getaway space that looked and felt part of the actual landscape. KDTurner Design worked hard to select a wide variety of perennials, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs in order to create variety and interest throughout the year while supporting local biodiversity. We also believe that some of the best construction materials are the most sustainable ones - KDTurner Design utilizes locally sourced natural stone walks and sustainably reclaimed woods for landscape borders. The significant challenge of the was posing a solution to the sloping site. Ensuring adequate grading of the property to promote drainage and to combat and control soil erosion became a priority. Our professionals created terraces in the landscape to create a great look for a multi-level garden with diverse character while ensuring drainage and structural integrity. The terracing also provided an attractive focus and visual break through the implementation of a custom-designed stone retaining wall. At the end of the , the landscape provided the homeowner a wonderful outdoor experience with water features, fire pits, and seating - space to relax with family and entertain guests. The landscape was lucking with plantings that provide privacy when needed, while enjoying bright colors and abundant blooms. KDTurner Design prides itself on the ability to achieve and establish a vision. The North Main Residence is no exception to our commitment to quality construction, workmanship and satisfaction.
