Clyde Hill Residence - A Wonderful Work by Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC The Clyde Hill Residence located in the quiet neighborhood of Clyde Hill is a representation of Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC transformative outdoor spaces. This required our team to re-transform this expansive property into a beautiful landscape that would complement the site's natural surroundings while meeting our particular clients unique needs. This offered many landscaping aspects including a beautiful tiered garden consisting entirely of native plant species, which served in both aesthetics and benefits to local biodiversity. Using high quality sustainable materials such as locally sourced stone, along with some reclaimed wood, we developed a suite of pathways and seating presented in a beautiful setting with smatterings of collections for clients to both relax and socialize. As one would expect in a property of this size, there were hurdles to navigate, particularly with the sloping and declining landscape which needed proper drainage to mitigate soil erosion. Having experienced Landscape Architects on the design team, we recognized this issue early on, and worked up several options for retaining walls and terraced terrace to solve the drainage concerns while providing numerous attention grabbing and visually stunning enhancements to the garden. Ultimately, the final product is a blend of both utility and stunning beauty. The property owners now have a beautiful outdoor oasis that includes (but is certainly not limited to), a custom-built fire pit, water feature, and lush gardens that display their natural beauty through each season. In the end, it added value to the property and has allowed our clients remarkable outdoor space to relax and entertain.
