Hamptons Charm by Terra Ferma Landscapes Located in the heart of the Peninsula, the 'Hamptons Charm' showcases coastal elegance and sophisticated outdoor living, beautifully created by Terra Ferma Landscapes. Servicing the communities of Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Francisco, and beyond, our team took on the challenge of transforming a large residential property into a peaceful escape where elegant forms meet functional outdoor spaces. The 's genesis began with an in-depth consultation in order to articulate the client's vision, which ultimately evolved to include classic new Hamptons . We crafted an engaging pattern of luxuriant perennial gardens, a classic stone path system, and an elegant water feature as the landscape's single centerpiece. The patio area was designed with locally sourced bluestone and reclaimed wood, perfect for entertaining featuring a custom new outdoor kitchen and cozy fire pit with plenty of seating. As exciting as our design turned out, one of the challenges of the included the full sloping yard condition and the innovative grading that had to be constructed to meet drainage solutions while maintaining the aesthetic beauty of that oversized property yard. Our experienced job team implemented modern landscaping techniques to construct tiered gardening beds with a selection of native plants and ornamental grasses, providing biodiversity and beauty. Ultimately, the 'Hamptons Charm' completed a gorgeous outdoor living space that fully encapsulates the style of the Hamptons for this family; it creates wonderful opportunities for family gatherings, relaxing, and many memories. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and selections far exceeded their authentic vision of outdoor space and comfort.
