Servicing the Greater Seattle community, including Ballard, Bellevue, and Mercer Island, we transformed the residential landscape into an outdoor oasis that equally complements the property to its surroundings. The scope included a complete redesign of front and back yards to include native species to increase biodiversity and reduce maintenance. High-quality materials from local sources were used including stone pathways, long-lasting composite decking for a large patio, and wrought iron fencing that will last for many years to come. The design team faced additional challenges that included steep terrain and poor soil conditions. We addressed this with proper drainage solutions, and considerable soil amendments and improvements. The ultimate result from a landscape design perspective is stunning and functional combined. Bold flower beds, sheltered seating areas, and green law will engage residents and guests alike with enjoyment and celebration. The clients expressed complete satisfaction with the new landscape and especially appreciated the sustainable practices adhered to during the process of design and install.
