This embodies our ethos of quality and innovative design. We work across most of Wenatchee, Seattle's Ballard community, Beacon Hill, Bellevue, Bothell, Burien, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Kirkland, Medina, Mercer Island, North Beacon Hill, Raineer Valley, Renton, Seattle, Shoreline and Yarrow Point. This involved a complete renovation of a residential unit located in Lake City. The Lake City Landscape Refurbishment was a spectacular fusion of functional and aesthetic features. Below is a summary of the . We built a basalt stone patio (locally sourced basalt) which provided a stunning outdoor entertainment space that was durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. We also developed native plant gardens. Not only do native plants support biodiversity local to the region while reducing maintenance, but they also provided seasonally consistent interest. A mix of flowering perennials and shrubs added a robust presence and support local pollinators. There was one issue (challenge) we confronted during the job, uneven grading on the property. We had to perform proper grading for accessibility and drainage. Our landscaping team contoured the land with innovative landscaping to establish tiered planting beds, this maximized space and improved the water flow as part of the process. We also built a custom wooden trellis, which added an incredible point of visual interest along with a support system for climbing vines. The Lake City Landscape Refurbishment was a spectacular . Our clients were exuberant their new outdoor escape, which mixed functional outdoor living solutions with a lush garden environment.
