The Montauk Manor took place in Huntington, New York, and is composed of meticulously designed landscaping that seamlessly connects with the natural habitat of the property. This included many intricate and complex elements of landscaping, including a beautiful garden highlighting native plants that would thrive in the local climate while creating a sense of beauty and sustainability. Goldberg & Rodler, Inc. used quality materials like bluestone and natural granite to construct trails and seating areas, which would last many seasons and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the integrated design. One of the more striking aspects of this is the custom-designed water feature with the desired aesthetic to create an oasis of calm while drawing in local wildlife. Our team faced the perennial challenges of grading the property and facilitating movement through uneven terrain, but as a result of our creativity and skilled craftsmanship, we created tiered gardens that helped drain properly while becoming a point of interest.
