Manor on the Hill Goldberg & Rodler, Inc. is excited to introduce the 'Manor on the Hill' landscaping a notable that transformed the exterior beauty of a beautiful home. Located in the beautiful environment of Huntington Bay, this is a demonstration of our quality and craftsmanship for our residential clients throughout such areas as Asharoken, Bay Shore, and Centre Island. This significant included a comprehensive renovation of the property's grounds into an outdoor oasis, beguiling in beauty and liveability. We began the with a multi-tiered garden design in conjunction with local natural stone retaining walls made of bluestone, which maximize the visual beauty of the site while regenerating the hillside on which the property sits. The 's main attraction is its spectacular water feature a peaceful pond including a waterfall and native aquatic plants, that promotes local wildlife and creates a sound of peace. Perennial gardens that bloom in all seasons ring the pond, including an array of colourful native plants that enhanced the environmental theme and increased the ease of maintenance. An especially daunting task was the steepness of the site and implementing the drainage to avoid the potential for erosion. Our team designed a landscape-appropriate drainage plan that looked as beautiful as it performed. A natural flagstone pathway wound its way through the gardens as a means for peaceful walking and guidance to the property focal points. The stunning landscape was completed, enhancing the property's curb appeal for the owners to enjoy both within and outside. The clients communicated their satisfaction with the transformationutilizing a design that was an outdoor retreat they had been looking for.
