This modern pool is nicely lined with natural stone coping and is surrounded by a textured patio of quality pavers. The pool design includes eco-friendly materials to improve aesthetics and durability. Vivid perennial gardens are also added around the pool to include seasonal colors. The entry was thoughtfully designed for a welcoming feeling by establishing well designed pathways, lined in native shrubs and ornamental grasses complementing the existing home architecture. To solve the challenge of a sloped site, terraced solutions using natural stone walls were explored; this design allows for the site to transition between levels and provide more usable outdoor space. Water-wise plants were chosen for their durability, low-maintenance, and sustainable practices. The end product is a balance of function and beauty that the client loved; this newly finished outdoor space provides a peaceful retreat for gatherings and entertaining family and friends. The attention to detail and quality not only elevated the curb appeal but also increased the property's value!
