Large Tree Installation by Charles Earl Landscape Architecture LLC Charles Earl Landscape Architecture LLC has recently completed a Large Tree Installation that epitomizes our focus on quality and innovative solutions in landscaping. Working around the idyllic towns of East Greenwich, Jamestown, Little Compton, Middletown, Narragansett, Newport, and beyond, we were excited to partner with a client who wanted to enhance their outdoor areas with substantial trees that would provide beauty and shade. To this , we selected and installed multiple large native tree species, such as Red Maples and White Oaks, due to their ability to adapt to the local climate, as well their ability to thrive in Rhode Island's coastal rich loamy soils. Our team sourced our trees specifically from best-practice nurseries as complete, healthy specimens to install. The site offered one challenge, which was the uneven grade to the land. We needed to bring in dirt, along with amend and grade to create a practical environment for the trees. To manage watering and saturation to the trees, we devised a new planned drainage system that would handle the absorption and watering of the trees while avoiding erosion at the same time. When we installed the trees we utilized organic mulch, mulch and tree guards to provide growth and cover some potential pests. The trees were placed so that they would eventually provide a shaded area to relax as well as proper levels of vitality and depth to the aesthetic of the property. At completion, our clients were ecstatic, and the landscape developed into a refreshing place to enjoy greenery and color. The also somewhat improved air quality in the area and improved biodiversity. Our focus on craftsmanship would ensure beauty and sustainability for years to come.
