Huge in Eastham by Ponderosa Landscaping & Stonework Ponderosa Landscaping & Stonework is thrilled to announce the 'Huge in Eastham' for a complete outdoor living transformation for our client in this stunning destination in Cape Cod. This took place over a generous area and was designed perfectly to fit the site while allowing the client to utilize the outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment. The included a complex layout of native plantings of colorful perennials and hardy shrubs selecting species that will survive in Eastham's climate. Our team also selected wonderful stone patio material of local, unique bluestone creating a great place for outdoor gatherings in an attractive way. We added built-in seating and a fire pit to set a cozy tone on summer nights. One of the challenges of the site was the slope of the landscape, which required Ponderosa Landscaping & Stonework to create opportunities for grading and drainage. Our experience allowed the team to come up with numerous options for drainage that had visual character while providing functional relief for the slope. We incorporated a tiered design to work with the slope while adding additional visual interest throughout the landscape. Overall, the ended resulted in a great outdoor oasis for our client and exceeded their expectations. The client was impressed with the integration of hardscaping and softscaping elements creating functional, inviting spaces for their property. Yet again, Ponderosa Landscaping & Stonework demonstrated our dedication to high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
