This embodied our firm belief in excellence and creativity, showcasing a beautiful combination of native plant life with outdoor living spaces that were designed for the homeowner's end vision. The landscaping included a detailed entryway which will feature drought tolerant plants including succulent plants and other Californian natives that are also local to the environment. A winding path made from locally sourced sandstone, will guide guests through the lush plant life, while boulders aesthetically placed accompany the natural decor enhancing the mountain scenery and keeping the slope of the property stable. One element of the that we faced a challenge with, was to optimize the drainage of the property. The Aldrich Company utilized an exciting French drain irrigation system to efficiently prevent natural rainwater from pooling at the home, while preserving the vitality of the surrounding plants. This invention ensured that the rainwater would stay beneath the surface for plant growth while assuring that it drained away from the foundation, but also added to the sustainability of the landscape. To enhance their living experience outdoors . . we installed a beautiful, multi-leveled patio with reclaimed wood and natural stone for outside entertaining or simply a relaxing nook with inherent ambiance created by the lighting and fire pit for the homeowner to enjoy on cool evenings. The end result of this is one with spectacular landscaping designs integrating naturally with the inhabitants of Montecito community, so that the homeowner has private sanctuary that promotes their lifestyle.
