About This Project

Bellevue Outdoor Living Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC is excited to announce the Bellevue Outdoor Living located in Bellevue, Washington. Urban Oasis is helping design outdoor spaces for customers around Ballard, Bothell, Mercer Island, and beyond! Bellevue Outdoor Living is a modern outdoor living space design, integrating mom's wish for an outdoor environment that incorporates functionality and flow with nature. With this , we designed and built a multi-level patio using natural stone pavers that are strong and will withstand the test of time. This helps transition someone’s indoor space to an outdoor space with an abundant flow to encourage outdoor family times, as it included a custom fire pit surrounded by furniture. We enveloped the with beautiful native planting and ornamental grasses that help with the aesthetics of the built areas. Both the hardscape and plantings maximize biodiversity in the outdoor space. The property had upwards of a 20% slope, which is a unique challenge. Our landscape designers did an amazing job with the design of a retaining wall system to navigate through both elevation changes and spatial design into the planting zones, using uncut basalt stone sourced from local quarries. Water is a precious resource needing conservation, and we installed a dynamic irrigation system to keep all the plants healthy and vibrant, while being responsible with water consumption. Finally, lighting was added to create an ambient atmosphere that helps illustrate the textures of the landscaping throughout the evening. In the end, the exceeded customers’ expectations, as they now have a unique outdoor oasis that represents their lifestyle and will also provide residential value.
