Lawncare by Walter, Inc. A Little More Legroom The new landscaping, A Little More Legroom, was right in the center of our client's private universe, as they refer to it, and transformed the all-too familiar outdoor living experience. A tiny backyard was transformed into a large open-air space suitable for family gathering, entertainment and relaxation by Lawncare by Walter, Inc. We began the working process by conducting an analysis of the site itself to identify how the existing arrangement of the site could make it difficult to achieving the best possible results in terms of unevenly distributed site land and scarce natural light provision. Utilizing high quality materials (local stone was hired for retaining walls and durable pavers for paths) our experienced team created a Strategy Design centered around terraced levels. They included a mix of native plants and colorful perennials for year-round low-maintenance beauty. The biggest challenge involved incorporating a drainage system for the rain so the water would not runoff. Creative Drainage Solution Our team created a discreet yet effective drainage system that blended into the surrounding landscape, maintaining the integrity of the newly established surroundings. With the addition of a customized fire pit area layered with extra seating to make a perfect gathering area even more comfortable by night or another starry night, it further added depth and character to the space! It was a mesmerizing ending to the reveal. That space now offers legroom galore and includes greenery galore, gorgeous blooms and hardscaping that creates a framework for how the homeowner sees things. So satisfying to hear from our client they were so pleased with their outdoor retreat, an oasis to unwind, enjoy in and integrated beautifully to the property.
