LONG Residence - Verde Creations, Inc. Verde Creations, Inc. is excited to share one of our new landscape s, LONG Residence, located in beautiful El Dorado Hills, California. There was a dramatic before and after effect to our work, enhancing the aesthetics of the property and maximizing its functionality into a beautiful outdoor living space. The design includes numerous activity zones which connect, including a tranquil water feature, a colorful flower garden, and a multi-level patio for entertaining. The team sourced materials from local sources, including natural stone for the pathways and rain-harvest drought-resistant plants to be part of the California landscape, as to be sustainable and low maintenance. One of the main challenges was working with the topography of a large hillside. The team had to do extensive grading and install retaining walls to create beautiful levels and contouring while ensuring drainage was appropriate. Our team did extensive work to create a welcoming area to the home that connected the indoors with the outdoors on various levels. The result is a stunning landscape with lush greens, pops of color, and beautiful lighting for evening gatherings. We transformed the LONG Residence into an enjoyable landscape that meets Verde Creations, Inc. quality craftsmanship and innovative designsall producing a happy client in the new outdoor living area. This illustrates our commitment to serving clients, not just in El Dorado Hills, but, as well, through Fair Oaks, Folsom, and more, inspiring landscapes that cause people to fall in love with their spaces!
