About This Project

HAVEN Residence Verde Creations, Inc. is excited to present the HAVEN Residence, a newly designed landscape that will change the way of outdoor luxury in El Dorado Hills. This attention to detail and care shows our commitment to quality and creativity as we continue to provide our craftsmanship in the greater Sacramento area, including Fair Oaks, Folsom, Granite Bay and more. For the HAVEN Residence, the design work reflects a happy, calming philosophy of designing the home architecture appearance, as well as engage the surrounding nature in the design. The itself is a combination of beautiful landscape components, including a lush, drought tolerant garden of native plants, which benefits sustainability and the overall aesthetic of the final design. The materials selected, locally sourced stone for pathways and a variety of handcrafted wood components, provided rustic elements expected for longevity, resilience, and aesthetic emphasis. One of the challenges we faced is the downward slope of the yard area in the design of functional outdoor spaces. Our team designed tiered gardens with beautiful retaining walls that contained the slope; the gathered gardens provided layered green and stability as a piece of functionality. Additionally, there is a serene water feature serving as a visual and auditory aspect to the space of choice for outdoor gatherings. The end result is a balanced outdoor oasis that meets our client's desires of inviting, tranquil, and usable spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Supervising a multicasting set of ambient lights can increase the usage of HAVEN Residence once the daylight has passed. The clients were satisfied with the end results of the and our commitment to attention to detail in an outer beauty and practicality.
