Sinclair Residence by Bon Terra Landscapes Inc. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Marin County, we at Bon Terra Landscapes Inc., are pleased to introduce our Sinclair Residence . We completed an entire landscape renovation to turn this private estate into a relaxing getaway. The property contains a beautiful collection of native plants, carefully curated hardscaping, and sustainable design to fulfill the client's vision. We began the with a complete analysis of the site, determining the property's topography and microclimates to create a diverse planting palette of drought tolerant plants. This palette includes California poppies, manzanita, and ornamental grasses. Suitable drought tolerant combinations inspire a sense of place, environmental sustainability, and visual aesthetics. We also designed permeable pavers for the driveway, which gave opportunities for improved aesthetics and draining groundwater recharge. One of the standouts of the Sinclair Residence , was the custom built stone patio, using granite locally sourced. The outdoor living area features a fire pit and comfortable seating, offering a place for family and friends to gather and relax, while connecting the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, a water feature was included to improve the sensory experience and offer tranquillity. Through all the work with steep slopes and varied clay soil, we were able to use grading techniques and soil amendments to develop the lush landscape, with sustained health and stability. The final result is an interesting, new landscape that contributes to stunning views of the nearby hills. Once we completed finishing touches, we were able to create a welcoming oasis that reflects the clients' style and values. The final outcome is delight, with a new experience of greenery, beautiful hardscaping, and sustainable work made by Bon Terra Landscapes Inc. The demonstrates creativity, excellence, and commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
