Decks Completed by: Sage and Stone LLC Service Areas: Ballard, Beacon Hill, Bellevue, Clyde Hill, Medina, Mercer Island, North Beacon Hill, Seattle At Sage and Stone LLC, we have recently completed a beautiful landscaping , "Decks," to add outdoor living spaces to communities across the Seattle area. The transformed inactive backyards into inviting spaces, while also adding function and beauty. Our craftsmen built multi-level decks to fit the existing contours, using durable, responsibly sourced hardwood and composite materials. Each deck was highly-customized to fit the contours of the properties and created an seamless addition to the existing landscape, with railings and built-in seating adding practicality and comfort, as well as a sense of home while entertaining guests. One of the chief challenges to this was the variable elevations in lots. Creating multi-tiered decks allowed us to address the usable space for each deck while maintaining a sense of aesthetics. In addition to the decks, we used sophisticated and hidden drainage systems to protect the integrity of the structures and surrounding landscaping. The final installation produced a series of decks that are absolutely stunning, and were well beyond the clients expectations, and created a welcoming place to entertain, relax, and take in the Pacific Northwest. Clients were absolutely ecstatic with the results and noted that the decks even became the centerpiece of their outdoor experience. With clean craftsmanship and attention to detail, Sage and Stone LLC has committed once again, to making unique landscapes that is truly functional and enriches the lives of our clients.
