ALLISON Residence Verde Creations, Inc. is pleased to present the beautiful transformation of the ALLISON Residence's landscaping, displaying our professionalism and creativity. Located in El Dorado Hills, this is an incredible example of function, beauty, and an outdoor escape for the family. Our design team created a beautiful, lush landscape that complements the natural area where the home is located. Notable attributes included a dramatic multi-tiered garden bed with a variety of native plants. These provide biodiversity and are low maintenance. We used high-quality natural stone in the pathways and retaining walls, demonstrating our attention to detail and longevity. Each stone was deliberately selected to complement the architectural style of the home in a rustic way that welcomes people to explore. One of the challenging aspects of this was the uneven terrain. Our hardworking teams were able to utilize inventive grading techniques to not only level the area but incorporate visual excitement throughout the landscape. Additionally, we installed a porous drainage system to manage water runoff to extend the life of the home and the landscape. As another sensory element to the overall experience, we included a water feature. This element becomes a focus point, offering and creating a soothing sound and tranquil feel to the area. We also added a custom built pergola made of sustainably sourced timber to create additional space in the outdoor living area for social gatherings or downtime. The outcomes will amaze you, transforming the beauty, relaxation, family enjoyment, and entertaining goals of the ALLISON family. The family was excited to have an oasis with functional elements and stunning beauty.
