This took place in the heart of the historic Old Village area! Green Grass serves the beautiful areas of Charleston, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and Kiawah Island. Our team completely rehabilitated this charming property to enhance both aesthetics and function. The consisted of complex design work that suited the locality while embodying sustainable construction principles through the utilization of native plants to contribute to sustainability and water conservation. In high-quality materials, our team through the , was challenged with uneven ground and limited access for heavy equipment. Utilizing human labor and specialized equipment, our experienced team was able to establish solutions that enabled the installation to unfold seamlessly. The rehabilitation aligned beautiful paving and eco-friendly mulch to create stunning pathways and flower beds. Additionally, the included a stunning water feature as a focal point and a habitat for wildlife for the area. Upon completion, the clients were thrilled with the final as well as the craftsmanship and in the design work.
