Summary: Molasses Creek Client: Green Grass Landscape Contractors The 'Molasses Creek' is located in the prime area of Charleston, demonstrating the artistry of Green Grass Landscape Contractors. We serve all of Charleston, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, and Kiawah Island. A clear reflection of our quality and creativity in landscaping. The transformed an underutilized back yard into a backyard oasis for the clients to enjoy. The clients imagined a space for relaxation and entertaining family and friends. A beautiful natural stone patio was installed, where the natural field stone fit perfectly into the landscape. The patio provides a destination for family and friends to gather outdoors. Native species and drought-resistant plants produce the lush landscape the clients desired, while thriving in the Lowcountry, reducing maintenance and enhancing sustainability. One very significant challenge we faced was the uneven and irregular site. Considerable grading and soil amendment was required to produce a level foundation. Our team located the best allowable natural and organic local materials to best secure the installation and at the very least, create a durable substructure. Elements such as a fire pit and water feature were incorporated to enrich the overall experience and sense of tranquility. The final product met and exceeded the client's expectations by providing a union or balance of aesthetics with function. This improved the property both aesthetically and monetarily while offering the clients opportunities for connection with family and enjoyment of their back yard under the stars.
