About This Project

AWARDS BY Garden Nest Residential Landscape It is one of Garden Nest Residential Landscape award winners, 'AWARDS' in the heart of the East Bay. Working across all types of clientele, from Alameda to Berkeley to Walnut Creek, we turned this regular residential tract into a relaxing outdoor retreat that is equally functional and beautiful. It involved a complex design of native, drought-resistant plants that would not only be sustainable but would help to create the local ecosystem as well. With other challenges at hand, our team tackled the challenge of the uneven terrain using high quality natural stone to create tiered garden beds, which not only create depth but visual interest. Permeable pavers were used in their walkways to help drain water and lessen environmental impact. We designed a custom patio space with firepit to create a welcoming environment for the homeowner and his guests to listen to and enjoy his landscape. The addition of outdoor lighting drew the eye to the highlights of this area, providing enticing and functional space when the sun went down. In the end, we delivered a colorful landscape that wowed the client finished off with great detail and craftsmanship. The 'AWARDS' is an testament to Garden Nest's commitment to quality and innovation, taking dreamto reality for families around the Bay Area.
