### Bellevue Backyard Renovation Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC is excited to share the Bellevue Backyard Renovation, a that transformed the outdoor space for our style-conscious client. Located in Bellevue, this showcases our design style and quality craftsmanship, serving not only the client but also the surrounding communities of Ballard, Bothell, and Kirkland. The renovation began with a design consultation, during which we noted the client wanted a usable space that was also visually stunning. Our team increased the usability of a sloped yard by implementing tiered landscape elements that created both form and function. We extended the slope with natural stone retaining walls that fit nicely into the changes in topography, as well as contributed both stability and drainage. As an added bonus, we selected an assortment of native plants that flourish in the Pacific Northwest, installed for seasonal enjoyment, all while increased biodiversity in the backyard. We installed a custom patio of nice pavers that made a good space for hosting guests. This outdoor living area was designed around a patio and includes a functional outdoor kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances, as well as a fire pit to increase the areas usability in all seasons. While this work took place, we faced challenges of uneven terrain and access for heavy equipment into the backyard. Our dedicated team used manual labor and specialized equipment to get the job done satisfactorily for this , while also maintaining adequate quality. The end result was an oasis that exceeded our client's dreams. A mix of lush greenery, usable areas for entertaining and other functionally designed landscaping made for a perfect environment for dreaming, relaxing and gatherings. Furthermore, the client was equally pleased with the property upgrade in both functionality and aesthetic value, and their ability to use the whole outdoor space.
