Proposal Overview: San Diego, CA Quetzal Landscapes, Inc. Quetzal Landscapes, Inc. is proud to present our latest landscape in the beautiful San Diego, California community. This is designed to integrate into the climate and aesthetics of the community, and reflects our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and design innovation in landscapes. Located in the heart of San Diego, this includes a diverse plant palette of native California plants that thrive in the Mediterranean climate of the area, is low-water use, and offers a beautiful view year-round. Our qualified contractors utilized high-quality materials that are drought-resistant and beautiful, including ornamental grasses, colorful succulents, and permeable pavers with concrete used for both landscaping and sustainability. One of the key challenges of this was the elevation of the property requiring innovative solutions for drainage and soil stabilization. Our fine staff creatively created terraced garden beds to not only address this issue but add dimension and depth to the as well. We custom-built all retaining walls with natural stone to provide landscape appeal and structural integrity. To enhance the outdoor living spaces, we incorporated a fire pit near the patio and the native seating creating a perfect gathering spot for friends under the stars of San Diego. We also added ambient lighting along pathways and in trees for a beautiful glow when illuminating at night. The finished product is a beautiful landscape of beauty and function, pleasing our clients, and maximizing their property value.
