Serving the dynamic communities of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Culver City, and beyond, this took a simple outdoor space and turned it into an oasis of luxury for relaxation and entertaining. The includes a stunning combination of drought-tolerant plants, California native plants, and beautiful hardscaping elements. A seamless pattern of smooth, natural stone walks draws your attention to a water-oriented feature, which includes a small pond and waterfallthe main visual focal point of the retreat. Alongside the water-oriented feature is strategically placed lush greenery to provide privacy and enhance the calming experience. With sustainability in mind, some materials are selectively reused, such as the custom seating area with reclaimed wood. Eco-paver walks harmonize with the natural landscape. The piece de resistance of the was the installation of these elements. When starting the , we noted areas that required regrading the land to ensure that surface drainage was optimized for the longevity of all features. Regrading was a challenge, but our team was able to complete the with proper planning and innovative engineering. In the end, the rewarding and aesthetically stunning outdoor environment met and exceeded our client's expectations. This included outdoor entertaining, as well as enjoying a quiet outside evening under the stars.
