Brooklyn Makeover by Winston Fayer Landscape Design Winston Fayer Landscape Design is proud to present the "Brooklyn Makeover," a landscaping that redefines outdoor living in this wonderful neighborhood. Serving all the communities of Bronxville, Greenwich, Harrison, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, New Rochelle, Old Greenwich, Rye, Rye Brook, Scarsdale and Purchase, we initiated this thoughtful process to capture both design appeal and usability. We began the with a comprehensive site analysis of the existing landscape, signs of turbulence regarding sloping, not even garden beds and missing areas of cohesiveness. Our team shaped the entire property to feature a solid, nice, clean, captivating surface to walk and laugh upon. We productively selected high-performance extremely locally sourced materials, suitable and designed for the outdoor space including natural stone pavers to access the garden area and thoughtfully bound together by a durable hardwood deck, arriving onsite the day of installation, guaranteeing an extremely low maintenance product. The focus of the "Brooklyn Makeover" however is this unbelievable water feature, which is designed to provide an exciting space to view and listen to a conditioned flowing water. Around the water feature we used beautifully curated, vivid, colorful, native plantings which have been delicately introduced to signify and enhance wildlife in the area. Add, the lighting allows us to enjoy this dynamic space after sunset. The finished product is a blend of beauty and practicality - specific spaces to dine, gather, relax and garden. Demonstrating our specialized touch for every detail, from the stonework to the horticultural layout. The owner was tremendously excited to enjoy their personal space as an oasis reflecting their lifestyle and nodding to the neighborhood. At Winston Fayer Landscape Design, we argue that every outdoor space can inspire joy.
