The Winchester Residence is a true reflection of our craftsmanship and artistry in landscaping. This , located in the suburban town of Winchester, comes with its own unique set of challenges including topographical change and a mature tree canopy that we needed to work around or preserve. We created a multi-layered landscape that reflects the nature around it, but complements it as well by tastefully mixing in contemporary elements that result in a breath of fresh air. There are beautiful stone walkways leading guests through the many local gardens, which include native plantings for sustainable surroundings. For these areas, we selected high-end weather-resistant hardwood for deck and elegant bluestone for patios, for a combination of durability and timeless style. Fire pit has been added as a customized fire pit area that gives you a spot to gather round at the end of the day, and at nighttime the lighting shines on the landscaping in a profoundly beautiful way. During the completion of the we worked very closely with the homeowners to ensure each element wrapped around their vision. The end product is a harmonious mix of nature and luxury, a bucolic escape that the clients are happy to reveal to friends. The Winchester Residence highlights what we do best, with careful craftsmanship and an appreciation for the land.
