Cooper Transitional Outdoor Entertaining by Blount Designs Featured Transitional Outdoor Entertaining By Blount Designs An incredible entertainer two-steps outside the back door with just a touch of Texas design for the size and needs of the homeowners all in North Texas. Covering the lively areas of Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Hebron, Highland Park, Irving, Lewisville, Murphy, North Dallas, Oak Lawn, Plano, Richardson, University Parker, Cedar Hill, Cockrell Hill, Desoto, Grand Prairie, and Mesquite, this underscores our dedication to excellence and skillful construction. The design concept was to strive for a great outdoor space that can function both as a space for relaxation and socialising. We added a luxurious, multi-level patio in natural stone pavers, which look great and stand in-function to the Texas climate. We chose landscaping elements that would echo features of the home including native drought-resistant plants that flourish in the region to create a beautiful yet low-water use outdoor environment. The open-air kitchen, featuring a granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances, and a service bar area are just some of the highlights of the . Ambient lighting that illuminates the walkways and seating area was also added for evening functions. There were challenges during the , such as undulating ground and existing drainage. The talented team cleverly tackled these challenges by excavating and grading the area and designing a drainage system to ensure longevity and predictability going forward. The end result is a stunning outdoor haven that not only satisfies all of the clients desired functions but goes above and beyond in creating an awe-inspiring atmosphere.
