MODERN RENDERINGS by Blount Designs Blount Designs is pleased to present 'MODERN RENDERINGS', a landscaping where former lifestyle defined outdoor living spaces throughout the Greater Dallas area, with an emphasis on Addison, Carrollton and Highland Park areas. A perfect mix of hardscape and softscape make this a shining example of the modern elegant look. A strikingly simplistic layout was purposely created, complete with smooth walkways of porcelain pavers which interlink the outdoor zones. To keep with the classy looks of the natural stone, natural stone retaining walls had also been sued that not only made the landscape look more beautiful but also gave it some practical functionality by making the sloping land stay in its place. We also integrated a colorful selection of native plants both perennials and ornamental grasses to maintain ecological balance and minimize maintenance while adding the desired pop. The challenge of creating the client's vision of a peaceful outdoor sanctuary in a small, urban site was a critical one. In response, our talented landscape architects provided tiered gardens that invite the eye skywards, opening up the area to appear larger and more welcoming. A smart lighting system brings the focus to special highlights making the space enjoying day or night. The end result, MODERN RENDERINGS, is a unified retreat-suited equilibrium of form and function. The result was well received by our clients who commented that the transformed space had become a hub for friends and family. With every new , Blount Designs redefines quality and truly one-of-a-kind design, tailoring designs to clients' every need and want.
