A Different Driveway | Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape Let Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape convert your cargo of area into unique scenery! SCJ: Our recent , A Different Driveway, is an exemplary of that. Transforming a basic concrete driveway into an elegant permeability-enhancing paver system, this was designed in the center of Alexandria. To ensure continuity between the landscape and the home, we chose premium sustainable pavers in a mix of natural colours, perfectly matching the client's home. The design not only provides eye-catching visuals, but also separates surface run-off, allowing rain to naturally percolate down into the ground, thereby taking away surface run-off and providing a sustainable wider ecology. Remember the slope for the driveway already existed so it had to be graded appropriately to drain while still being an inviting entrance. The space was very well dug out by our expert team along with a proper base of compacted gravel that provides stability and support for the pavers. We also included strategic landscaping elements native plants that would require little maintenance (but that would also do well in the harsh conditions along the driveway) and decorative stone borders. Or you can final few steps and the outcome is, needless to say, incredible. So not only is this always going to be a lovely feature of the home it greatly relocates any curb appeal and makes the client almost overnight with an entrance they love. They meticulously designed "A Different Driveway" together with us to give credence to how ideal and pretty Landscaping Design can be without forfeiting any beautiful aesthetics and high-quality builds and thus hold out quality of craftsmanship.
