Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape - We Take Outdoor Space And Turn Them Into Beautiful, Envy-Inducing Landscapes Incorporating our high standards in quality and creativity, our most recent is known as Lawn Envy and just so happens to be located in the beautiful communities within Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, etc. The inspiration for this was all a beautiful, lush green lawn that would be the focal point of the clients backyard. There were plenty of obstacles our team had to work through including the bad soil that the base of the wattle and their uneven footing. But, using our experience, we set out a complete soil amendment including both organic and inorganic elements and graded the land to maintain proper drainage and facilitate plant growth. We put top-of-the-line, drought-tolerant grass varietals in for a brilliant lawn that works well with the climate locally, and followed that up with carefully selected edging materials to create the space. We paired the green expanse with a mixture of native shrubs and perennial flowers that add color and texture over the seasons. For path functionality through the yard we implemented the adorable stone path that winds through the landscape transitioning between patio and green grass. It all culminated in a stunning outdoor sanctuary that was beyond what our client dreamed of.
