San Carlos Curb Appeal Greensleeves Garden Design is excited to share the 'San Carlos Curb Appeal' , a landscaping that changed the look of a sweet home in San Carlos. This was a great example of how Greensleeves Garden Design works with quality and care to serve the beautiful communities of the Bay Area, including Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Cupertino. To start, we prepped to take the existing landscape, which was a boring front yard. And it didn't serve the beauty and essence of the property. Our work here was to improve the curb appeal with thoughtful native plantings, refined hardscape elements, and outdoor utility. Throughout this, we added some California poppies, various succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants, which offered colorful flares and sustainability as additional goals. In addition to greenery, we installed a beautiful stone path using flagstone from a local supplier that invited guests to travel to the front door and would serve the home for years. One of the biggest issues we faced on this included the existing uneven topography. We contoured and utilized terracing to add levels and dimension into the total look. Our amazing craftsmen tackled the jobs easily and ensured we used good materials for durability. We also constructed a custom wooden trellis for climbing plants to add some definition and verticality to draw the eye up and enhance the overall nature. The end product was astonishing and our client was thrilled. The newly defined landscape added value to the curb appeal and support a social spot for family and friends.
