Contemporary Residential Landscape Architecture Completed by Pellettieri Associates, Inc., this impressive Contemporary Residential Landscape Architecture is an example of modern design and nature that enhances the exterior of a lovely home located in the beautiful area extending from Andover to Warner. The landscape plan has thoughtful zones including a stunning entry way that incorporates a native planting palette to welcome guests with an initial connection to the modern style of the house. A simple, long line of permeable brick pavers provides a path for guests through the thoughtfully landscaped gardens, that will yield seasonal color and texture all year long. A highlight of this was the construction of a custom outdoor living room with a beautiful modern fire pit and inviting seating that encourages gathering around a fire. High quality materials such as sustainably harvested timber, natural stone, repurposed stone slabs, and contemporary light fixtures were incorporated into the design to appeal to the architecture style of the home, while also being built to last. Challenges with the natural topography of the site required creative drainage solutions and soil stabilization to quickly improve the site's resiliency. Pellettieri Associates, Inc. responded to these challenges with creative solutions and expert implementation, which ultimately developed a unique feature of the site, a terraced garden that adds beautiful dimensions to the landscape and provides usable outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. The final constructed build is a beautiful landscape that meets the vision proposed by the clients and has exceeded their expectations, creating a modern designed space in harmony with the existing environment. The client is now able to enjoy a beautiful outdoor get away that adds to their day to day life and elevates the value of their property.
