Servicing areas including Andover, Concord, and Sunapee, our team took a challenging lot and created a tranquil retreat that captivates the eye and soul. Some of the key components of this include an amazing natural stone patio that beautifully flows right to the water's edge, made with granite sourced from a local quarry. This stone will last and will be in harmony with the environment. Native plantings, such as ferns and wildflowers, enhance the view while offering ecological value. The incorporation of a naturalistic fire pit, with seating surrounding it, provides guest space under the stars, and the winding stone path through the lush plantings creates an intimate experience for guests. While completing the , we dealt with significant slope challenges and erosion control. Our team implemented terracing solutions, and only a few boulders were used to stabilize the slope. The stone also helped us maintain the organic appeal of the site. We used permeable pavers to ensure drainage away from the lakeside properties in order to maintain the lakeside ecosystem. The outcome is a stunning landscape quality and sustainable outcome those who visit will appreciate. The delighted client stated it has become an "outdoor sanctuary" blending modern design with nature.
