### Lawrence, NY #1 Sunny Pond LLC is excited to share 'Lawrence, NY #1' landscaping that exemplifies our craftsmanship and commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Located in beautiful Lawrence, New York, this represents our commitment to quality and patience for detail and our clients around Albemarle County, Greene County, Charlottesville, Ivy, and Harrisonburg. This included a complete landscape design and installation that matched up to the surrounding natural beauty of the property. We chose a variety of native plants, including perennials, colorful flowering plants, and drought-resistant shrubs for a sustainable and low-maintenance garden landscaping approach. The stone walkway installed on the property is made of locally-sourced bluestone and contours around the property, providing a welcoming path for people to stroll among the planting and while also being a durable material for a low maintenance walking path to enjoy the outside of the property. The property did have some topographical challenges, where innovative grading s and problem-solving strategies created more of a balanced grading approach. Our team of skilled laborers helped to the grading of the property while also installing a beautiful stone retaining wall made from reclaim granite that helped not only to hold back some of the grading but also to give the space a great hardscape feature to look at. To enhance the outdoor experience at night and to illumination some of the key garden and landscape features, our team installed some beautiful outdoor ambiance lighting that will add a lot of enjoyment to evening gatherings at great ease. The overall design turned out to be as stunning and stunning as our clients wanted, and includes functional uses from the indoor space and beautiful natural plant and hardscape elements.
