Backyard Outdoor Living by Groundswell Landscaping Groundswell Landscaping is excited to present the Backyard Outdoor Living , an amazing transformation located in the heart of San Diego County. Servicing the communities of Cardiff By The Sea, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas and more, our company set out to create a beautiful and multi-functional space that was both aesthetic and functional. The included the installation of a high-end natural stone paver patio that was perfect for entertaining and could endure the wear and tear of being outside. We added a top-of-the-line outdoor kitchen with high-quality appliances and a rustic wooden pergola for style and an option for shade. To add ambient lighting, we incorporated energy-efficient LED lights that would create a beautiful evening environment. To add color and structure to the outdoor space, we also used a variety of drought-tolerant plants and lush greenery suitable for the coastal climate with vivid colors year-round and little water use. Among the challenges of a sloped property and soil issues was the need for expert grading techniques and organic soil amendments to establish a healthy and growing garden. The end product is an amazing outdoor space that exceeded the client's expectations. With a layout that welcomes you, landscaping that excites you, and quality materials that may last for years to come, the Backyard Outdoor Living has been a wonderful venture for Groundswell Landscaping to be involved in. The client is now the proud owner of a functional, aesthetic outdoor space for family gatherings and entertaining customers alike.
