Fencing and Wood Work by Groundswell Landscaping At Groundswell Landscaping, we love to take outdoor spaces and turn them into beautiful sanctuaries, and our latest , "Fencing and Wood Work" illustrates our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We work in the beautiful coastal communities of Cardiff By The Sea, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas, and beyond, and on this we were excited to provide an excellent outdoor living experience for our client's backyard in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe. This was all around a custom wood fence that would provide a sense of security and privacy while complementing the natural beauty of the existing landscape. We sourced a premium cedar wood that is sustainably harvested and is durable to the elements, so we knew we would have a quality, long-lasting fence. Each panel was hand-crafted with attention to detail and an aesthetic that reflects the clients' interest while remaining compatible with the overall style of the property. The client's yard had some uneven ground that required some problem solving to ensure the fence would be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our team leveled the ground and utilized adjustable post brackets on the fence, achieving a clean finish that followed the natural contour of the landscape. This detail speaks to our commitment to the work we do, and we are always looking for practical solutions to work around challenges. Along with the fencing, we were able to complete beautiful wood work elements including custom gates and decorative trellises. The outcome was a combined effort of privacy and elegance that provided a relaxing space for the guests to enjoy. The client was very happy and appreciative of not only the outcome of their yard, but the team's professionalism and craftsmanship.
