LAKESHORE RENDERINGS (BLOUNT DESIGNS) We at Blount Designs are excited to showcase Lakeshore Renderings a lakeside landscaping that got us from ordinary to extraordinary. Located in Addison we have been creating joyful escapes throughout Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Dallas, Farmers Branch, and more Guided by a philosophy of designing in harmony with nature and client wishes, we crafted this peaceful retreat to be your ultimate escape. WE offered them a variety in terms of landscaping, from native planting, hardscaping to the sustainable Water features. The pathways were made from natural stone that could be sourced locally to create an organic appearance in keeping with the lakeside environment. This include drought-resistant plants are not only visually stunning but also environmentally sustainable, minimizing the use of that precious Texas landscaping commoditywater. A major issue we ran into was the fact that the property was on a slope. Utilising timber and natural stone, our experienced designers thoughtfully incorporated terracing and retaining walls to connect the different levels. This increased accessibility and also offered beautiful views of the lake from multiple points. To open the space, we designed a custom fire pit, complete with chairs, lounging space, set amongst a rich vegetation backdrop; a great element to gather around, a great element to enjoy the nights out ultimately. Next we added a gorgeous stone patio which makes a perfect spot for gathering with family and friends and really completes the outdoor living and entertaining space. At the end of all this, our valued client was extremely pleased with the overall transformation, the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Lakeshore Renderings is one such piece of work that at Blount Designs goes above and beyond through esthetic yet functional designs.
