About This Project

'Thank You!' by 50 Shades of Green At 50 Shades of Green, we recently completed an incredible residential outdoor space in Sugar Landa gorgeous landscape that speaks gratitude and class / elegantly d ‘Thank You!’ This was commissioned by clients wanting to re-invent their backyard for family and friends to gather and relax. The design is a thoughtful balance of native plants and cheerful florals, selected for their ability to thrive in the local climate. We also used dense, drought resistant grasses and ornamental shrubs for the level of interest in the garden, while also ensuring sustainability through plants that can withstand dry periods. The highlight of the garden is a hand-crafted stone fountain, built from local stone, that creates a soothing auditory environment and visual focal point. An initial challenge with the property was the sloping terrain. Our professional team leveled the site and constructed tiered garden beds with the objective to unify visual interest while establishing a manageable drainage system. Additionally, we laid a natural stone path that meanders through the garden, providing an opportunity for quiet contemplation in a peaceful stroll and showcasing diverse plantings along the garden. To further the outdoor experience, we established a comfortable outdoor living area with weather-resistant furnishings, along with the necessary lighting to create ambience in the evening. The final resource was a sustainable irrigation system for an efficient water use based on the chore of watering these plants to ensure their success. In the end, we produced a phenomenal landscape that exceeded expectation. The clients were lovely and expressed their gratitude with kind words they were sincerely happy with the transformation and excited to enjoy it. ‘Thank You!’ is delivering quality work that satisfies a client while leaving a legacy in Sugar Land and beyond. Regardless whether it's Bellaire, Bunker Hill Village, or one of the communities where we work, 50 Shades of Green is creating outdoor spaces for inspiration and enjoyment.
