Townhome Community Landscaping by 50 Shades of Green At 50 Shades of Green, we had the pleasure of recently transforming a lively townhome community in the middle of Houston into a lush, welcoming oasis, serving areas such as Bellaire, Bunker Hill Village, and Sugar Land. Our team embraced the with a focus on quality and sustainability throughout the design and installation. The landscape design incorporated a mix of native and drought-resistant plants, providing color and beauty year-round while minimizing water use. We employed decorative stone pathways that lead through the community, to facilitate movement for residents and visitors alike, amidst a blanket of colored blooms and green foliage. Our team chose premium materials including natural stone pavers and cedar wood for raised garden beds, both visually appealing and will withstand the elements. One challenge we encountered was the elevation of the site and likely drainage issues. We designed the grading and drainage with care to avoid water pooling on the pathways. To keep the drains discreet, we installed them below the stone pathways though they still prove effective in preserving the integrity of the landscape design. The end result is a beautifully landscaped community that the residents enjoy and added value to the property. The plantings, including lush flowering shrubs, ornamental grasses, and strategically placed trees, provide shade and privacy for gatherings and relaxing outdoors. The community exemplifies everything we promise as a business in providing quality landscaping, demonstrating our craftsmanship in each element. We have heard from residents expressing their delight in the outdoor space, it has become a true pride of the neighborhood.
