The challenge presented to our design and build team was to create a second-story outdoor space complementing the existing architecture while capturing the views of nature at work. We created an expansive deck utilizing 100% composite decking materials that offers beauty, low maintenance payment plans, and some of the best longevity on the marketplace. The deck rails provide a beautiful and insightful view, while the deck planters filled with colorful native plants provide additional beauty, infusion of color, and sustainability to the landscape with reduced negative impacts on the environment. To complement the outdoor living space, we added an outdoor kitchen with a grill, stone countertops, and custom cabinets. With this inviting outdoor kitchen, entertaining family and friends is painless and fun, whether you are grilling or gathering around the outdoor bar after dinner, or for a cocktail, in the evening under the moonlight. The outdoor evolved with the creation of a traditional style natural gas fire pit area tucked into a lovely landscaped corner of the backyard. This warm and inviting area of the deck invites relaxation and conversation all while provided with a beautiful view and protected with the deck railing. The construction of outdoor lighting provided some beautiful features of the home, the deck, and the landscaping, which is lovely during the dusk hours for entertainment along with many evenings gathering together with all of nature at work. Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLC provided and managed many from beginning to end in order to ensure the was turned over to our client in a professional way. What the produced expands beyond mere beautiful aesthetics, but a purposeful and usable outdoor living style space has been formulated into a space for entertaining, tranquil evenings watching the stars, and appreciating the value increase into their home.
