Outdoor Terrace Stone/Concrete/Paver by Graham Kimak Landscape Designs Graham Kimak Landscape Designs is incredibly proud to share this stunning outdoor terrace completed in Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, which dramatically transformed the client’s outdoor living space. This complex terrace, made out of stone, concrete, and pavers, incorporates a variety of textures and colors, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. It all started with an extensive consultation, so we understood what the client envisioned and what their needs were. We paid precise attention to detail during the layout design so we could maximize usable space but could still maintain a welcoming feel. The high-quality materials were selected for their durability and weather resistance to create an inviting space that will last with minimal maintenance. Each paver was handpicked for its durability so the terrace would withstand the regional weather. An important consideration for this was the significant change in grade of the property. We thought "outside the box" with regard to grading and leveling such that the terrace would settle in place and be viable. Our experienced crew addressed this with creativity and diligence to make certain the terrace would effectively and efficiently be installed. In the end, this is a gorgeous, multi-level outdoor terrace, which is defined space and truly enjoyed porch, dining area, and entertainment area while enjoying endless views of the surrounding area. Adding greenery around the terrace not only fit with the design but created some "pop" and appeal to the outdoor experience. In the end, we were left with something more than a terrace; we created a beautiful space for the client to escape the indoors, entertain guests, and enjoy nature.
