### DUKE'S Duke's Landscape Company proudly presents "DUKE'S ," an extraordinary landscaping renovation that revitalized a suburban setting into a magnificent outdoor spectacle. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship could be seen in the lovely communities of Applewood, Arvada, Cherry Hills Village, Denver, East Pleasant View, Evergreen, Genesee, Golden, Idledale, West Pleasant View, and Westminster. As with all of our s, DUKE'S began with an idea: to create an invitation of practical and beautiful options that suited the client’s lifestyle. We began to build a master plan for the layout and considered the nuances of the natural light and topography of the property. We utilized a variety of native plants, low-water-use shrubs, and colorful perennials to support the biodiversity on the site and provide a commitment to low maintenance. One of the main features of DUKE'S is the custom path using stone that we hand-selected for the property, which summons a meandering walk throughout the garden. The stone was sourced locally, each stone was hand-chosen intentionally for the to create a seamless transition between hardscaping and softscaping. In consideration of the slope of the property, we had to find creative ways to resolve erosion challenges and to move water runoff properly. We built a series of terraced beds using natural boulders as walls, which presented some challenges during installation but added integrity to the design. This culminated in an inviting outdoor entertaining space, highlighted by a custom-built pergola to hold a soft seating area. The nook is inviting with climbing vines, lights, and atmosphere to enhance family connections and evening relaxation. This left the client ecstatic, enjoying a well-landscaped gem that enhanced its value and magnified their outdoor spaces.
