Porcelain Pavers by DSTscaping and RLC Construction Located in the Bay Area, the 'Porcelain Pavers' led by DSTscaping and RLC Construction epitomizes our strive for quality and modern-vintage landscaping applications as we reach from Dublin to San Jose. This took the outdoor area of a client and elevated it to a visually-appealing, usable outdoor living space. The 's component was successful because of how high-quality porcelain pavers were laid. These non-traditional pavers provided both durability and visually-appealing aesthetics. We laid the porcelain pavers so there is a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living areas, ultimately enhancing the overall flow of the property. The contemporary aesthetic of the porcelain is appealing and induces the residential architecture while still elevating the landscape. One significant hurdle we needed to clear was the client's terribly uneven yard in order to achieve an epic installation. This took longer than expected due to the significant grading and leveling required, but it ultimately led to a more successful result. The grade of each porcelain paver was elevated correctly to ensure both beauty and functionality. To add to the curbing capabilities of each porcelain piece, drainage was installed and incorporated to ensure water runoff is positioned well to avoid washing away due to heavy down-pour. This included lush plant selections, as well as lighting fixtures, that provide serenity in day or night circumstances. The porcelain pavers, native plantings, and outdoor light fixtures all promote beauty, functionality, and sustainability without the added maintenance. The client was ecstatic with their newly finished yard, claiming their new outdoor living space was their favorite place for entertainment and relaxation. This shows DSTscaping and RLC Construction's commitment to their clients with high-quality work and modern-vintage design.
