Backyard Bliss by DSTscaping and RLC Construction Located in the Bay Area, the Backyard Bliss truly showcases the quality craftsmanship and unique design approach offered by DSTscaping and RLC Construction in each of their endeavors. Serving clients in Dublin, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, Oakland and beyond, the took a modest backyard and turned into a retreat. The design contains a stunning combination of native plants and luscious greenery which have been purposely chosen for their durability and low maintenance. A highlight of the is the custom-built stone fire pit as the main feature for gathering to enjoy in the evenings and surrounded by recycled wood framed seating. In addition to the fire pit and seating area that meet the clients' needs for the space, durable, eco-friendly materials were also used to ensure the longevity of this great addition to their backyard. The permeable paver path not only matched the aesthetic of the but also offered functioning drainage. A major hurdle in the Backyard Bliss was a steep slope that limited usable space. The team devised a series of terraced levels to increase usable area of the backyard, while integrating a tranquil water feature with cascading waterfall to enhance the area being designed, as well as givin the space more auditory appeal. The final result is a balance of beauty and purpose, for family and friends to gather in quiet enjoyment together. The clients were thrilled with the transformation towards relaxation and entertaining together.
