Spring Flower Beds by SHC Nursery & Landscape Co. SHC Nursery & Landscape Co. is excited to share our most recent landscaping , 'Spring Flower Beds', that beautified a number of residential properties across Eagle, Edwards, Wolcott, Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Gypsum and Eagle-Vail. This was initiated with the goal of creating invitingly vibrant flower beds that will bloom continuously throughout the spring, while providing a unique palette of color and texture. After getting to know the client, our team curated a happy mix of ornamental perennial and annual flowers, which included tulips, daffodils, and pansies, all varieties that would provide some vibrant display in the landscape. We added organic soil amendments for every planting bed to help with growth and sustainability, especially in the temperate climate. One of the hurdles, or noticeable obstacles, we noticed with the property, was the number of rocks we found in some locations. Our skilled landscapers overcame this hurdle quickly, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and techniques to properly prep the ground for adequate drainage and rooting. We also ensured the landscaping elements existed together around two or three walking pads into the existing lawn and mature trees to form a cohesive change of natural features. The outcome was a beautiful spring flower display that our clients enjoyed immensely while updating their outdoor spaces. Each blooming flower bed not only enhanced the aesthetics while attracting pollinators, stimulating the local ecosystem. Our feedback has been tremendous and positive, and mostly everyone expressed their delight at the quality and revitalize look of their property.
