Mid-City Landscaping by Green Landscape Designs Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the 'Mid-City' highlights the artistry and craftsmanship that Green Landscape Designs is known for. Serving the wonderful neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Culver City, and bound, we captured the spirit of the desired urban oasis. The consisted of a beautiful combination of native Californian plants and drought tolerant landscaping technologies that allowed for good sustainability and artistic beauty. The central landscape element was a beautiful outdoor living space with a custom designed pergola built of reclaimed wood where the client could entertain family and friends. Lastly, the use of textures with river stones, granite pavers, and colorful flower beds provided year-round color and attraction. One of the most difficult challenges of the was the slope of the yard and dealing with appropriate drainage and erosion control. Over the years, our great team has developed creative grading techniques and installed retaining walls where appropriate to deliver function and style to our designs. Next, our work included a straightforward irrigation solution that conserves water while keeping the yard a vibrant green. The end result was an incredible landscape that the client raved was even better than expected! The final design is a tranquil combination of form and function, with multiple destinations for lounging and entertaining while keeping with the eco-conscious approach of sustainable design. The client told us, once the was done, that the Mid-City is their escape from city life. One more time, Green Landscape Designs delivered high-quality work and service, making every feel unique and very special.
